We're just past a crazy weekend in the sport of mixed martial arts (MMA). Four events in roughly 48 hours, from Invicta to Bellator to UFC. After the dust settled, we saw Michael Chandler defend his Bellator lightweight title against Benson Henderson, Gegard Mousasi settle the score opposite Uriah Hall, Ryan Bader earn his free agency on a winning record and Tonya Evinger lose a belt because of a controversial referee call. We'll talk about these results, what they mean and more.
Yesterday on The MMA Hour, professional wrestler-turned-MMA fighter Phil Brooks, better known as CM Punk, signaled he was likely returning to the UFC despite a disastrous debut. Who they could reasonably put against him and what does this mean for the organization going forward? We'll explore.
