As if getting punched, kicked, kneed, choked and twisted into a pretzel on a regular basis isn't enough, fighters attract a general wackiness that makes their lives, well...interesting.

Confesso que ficar longe de quem a gente ama é bem difícil, nem quero pensar no natal que também estarei aqui longe deles. Dia normal, mas agradecendo a Deus por mais um ano de vida, mais um ano de aprendizado. Muita coisa aconteceu neste ano. O que eu aprendi? 1- Ninguém é seu amigo, todos querem uma fatia do bolo. 2- a ajuda vem de quem menos esperamos. 3- Aprendi que sorrisos não fazem pessoas legais. 4- quem te abraça é o mesmo que te rouba. 5- tua família são seus amigos 6- trabalhar com americano é muito bom. 7- Meu corpo ja não recupera tão facil dos treinos. 8- tenho 9 mundiais e ja tenho 3-0 no meu sherdog em outro esporte 9- eu tenho orgulho de mim. 10- Não acredite nesta ilusão de sucesso, sucesso é ter saúde, família e se olhar no espelho e amar quem você é. 11- Posso contar nos dedos quantos dedos eu tenho 12- Vi pessoas vendendo uma felicidade e atrás do telefone negando foto para um fã, traindo o colega, traindo a esposa, o marido e achando que isso é normal. 13- Você só aprende errando. 14- Pessoas inventam até que você vai lutar no peso galo e os outros acreditam pelo simples fato de ter motivo de falar de você 15- eu não sei ser política, se for pra sorrir pra quem não gosta de mim, prefiro não ter amigos. 16- a vida é um karma, tudo que se faz, volta pra você. 17- conserve os verdadeiros amigos, aqueles que se você ligar chorando vão te dar um ombro sem te cobrar. 18- tudo é business, as pessoas viraram números. 19- se alguém vem falar de alguém para você, apenas diga "não sei" "não vi" 20- Não tente se justificar, a vida cobra das pessoas, pense em cuidar da sua horta e não olhe a grama do vizinho, ela sempre será mais verde.
