The UFC has set two bouts for its upcoming trip to Albany, N.Y., on Dec. 9, as sources told MMA Fighting that Tatiana Suarez will meet Juliana Lima in a strawweight bout, and Zubaira Tukhugov and Tiago Trator will collide in a featherweight bout.
UFC Fight Night 102 takes place at the Times Union Center in Albany.
Suarez (4-0) makes her return to the cage five months after submitting Amanda Cooper to win The Ultimate Fighter’s 23rd season. Suarez scored three wins during the reality show with two submissions.
Lima (8-3) is 2-2 under the UFC banner with wins over Nina Ansaroff and Ericka Almeida. In her last appearance, the Brazilian suffered a unanimous decision loss to former UFC champion Carla Esparza.
Tukhugov (18-4) aims to get back on track after a split decision loss to Renato Carneiro in May. Prior to the defeat, the Grozny-native featherweight went 3-0 in the UFC.
Trator (20-5-1, 1 NC) returns to action after fracturing his hand in training in February. In his last UFC fight, in September 2015, the Brazilian defeated Clay Collard via split decision.
