Paul Daley vs. Derek Anderson added to Bellator 163

Welterweight Paul Daley will be returning to action against Derek Anderson at Bellator 163. The news was announced by the promotion on Monday.

Daley last fought in July at Bellator 158 where he lost a decision to Douglas Lima. That loss snapped a five-fight winning streak for the British fighter. The 33-year-old welterweight is 38-14-2 as a professional fighter and 4-1 in Bellator.

Meanwhile, Anderson will be moving up to the welterweight division to take on Daley. The long-time lightweight is on a two-fight winning streak with victories over Saad Awad and Patricky Freire. The 26-year-old fighter is 14-2 and one no contest as a professional fighter, and 5-2 in Bellator.

Additionally, it was announced that heavyweight Sergei Kharitonov will take on Javy Ayala, which was reported by MMA Fighting earlier on Monday.

Bellator 163 is set to take place on Nov. 4 at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. Bellator light heavyweight champion Liam McGeary is scheduled to defend his belt against Phil Davis in the main event of the card.
