The son of the legendary Kimbo Slice had his pro mixed martial arts debut delayed once again.

Kevin "Baby Slice" Ferguson Jr. was supposed to compete against Ray Bing in a 165-pound catchweight fight on Friday at Bellator 162 in Memphis. But the bout was called off Thursday when Bing, who was also making his pro debut, missed weight by a whopping 17 pounds. MMAFighting.com confirmed the news after an initial report by FloCombat.com.

Ferguson Jr., whose famed father passed away earlier this year, was initially scheduled to make his debut in August at Bellator 160, but had to pull out due to a back injury.

According to Bellator officials, Slice weighed in at 164.6 on Thursday and Bing 181.9. Bellator officials also said Ferguson will receive his show money for the scheduled fight.
