Oh, this crazy mixed martial arts would of ours.
Yesterday, it was revealed UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo had suffered a rib injury in practice. His fight with Conor McGregor at UFC 189 is just two weeks away and yet, this happens. Should Aldo try to gut through it? Will the commission even allow it? If not, when will the fight be? We'll get to all of these questions.
There's also the lingering madness from Bellator 138's Kimbo Slice vs. Ken Shamrock. We'll recap the event, what went right, what went wrong and what lies head. There's also another Bellator show this Friday for those who weren't aware. It's even got Pat Curran and Joe Schilling on the card.
Then there's UFC Fight Night 70 which only has 9 nights, yet I'm assuming Fox Sports 1 is going to figure out a way to make the broadcast 7 and a half hours. There's not much to the card, but the main event between Lyoto Machida and Yoel Romero is always intriguing.
Oh, and who could forget about what Joanna Jedrzejczyk did to Jessica Penne? We'll get to that as well.
