TUF Brazil 3 runner-up Vitor Miranda, who successfully cut from heavyweight to middleweight to earn his first UFC victory, is scheduled to face Clint Hester at UFC 190 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Aug. 1. Sources close to the situation confirmed the match-up to MMAFighting.com.

"Lex Luthor" (10-4), who scored three knockout victories as a heavyweight on TUF Brazil 3 before losing to Antonio Carlos Junior in the final, cut down to 185 pounds and earned a performance of the night bonus following his first-round knockout over Jake Collier in December.

Hester (11-4), a fellow TUF alum, scored four straight wins inside the Octagon before losing to Robert Whittaker via TKO in November. Eight of Hester’s 11 professional MMA wins came by way of stoppage, including a third-round knockout over Bristol Marunde in his UFC debut.

UFC 190 takes place at the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and features Ronda Rousey vs. Bethe Correia in the main event.
