K.J. Noons has a new opponent for UFC Fight Night 67.

Yan Cabral, initially slated to meet the former EliteXC lightweight champion in Goiania, Brazil, on May 30, was forced out of the card with dengue fever, and Noons will now meet Alex Oliveira.

Sources close to the situation told MMAFighting.com that the bout is agreed, but contracts are not signed yet.

Oliveira (11-2-1, 1 no-contest) impressed in his UFC debut, taking on Gilbert Burns on days’ notice at UFN 62 and dominating the bout before tapping to an armbar with seconds left in the third round.

Noons (13-7, 1 no-contest) moved to the UFC after winning one of his last five bouts at Strikeforce, and is 2-1 with one no-contest under the UFC banner, defeating George Sotiropoulos and Sam Stout.

UFC Fight Night 67 takes place at the Goiania Arena and features Carlos Condit vs. Thiago Alves in the main event.
