Jon Jones' Reebok sponsorship is no more.

The apparel company announced on Wednesday that it had terminated Jones' contract effective immediately.

"In light of recent events, we have made the decision to terminate our contract with Jon Jones, effective immediately," the statement provided to read.

ESPN's Darren Rovell first reported the news, which comes less than 24 hours after the UFC stripped Jones of the light heavyweight title and suspended him indefinitely in light of his recent arrest.

Late last year, Reebok signed Jones to be one of the faces of its new mixed martial arts line and recently began airing a commercial starring the now-former UFC 205-pound king.
