"Mayhem" is in trouble with the police again.

Jason Miller, who was arrested in October after live-tweeting a police standoff at his home, was taken into custody by cops Saturday night after allegedly brawling with officers outside a nightclub in Laguna Beach, Calif., Laguna PD Sergeant Tim Kleiser confirmed with MMAFighting.com.

The arresting charges were suspicion of resisting arrest, battery on a peace officer and unlawful fighting. Miller, 34, was still in custody as of Monday evening with a bail amount set at $200,000.

Apparent video of the arrest from TerezOwens.com was circulating online over the weekend.

Miller began allegedly causing a scene at the White House restaurant and club around 11:19 p.m., including breaking glass inside the establishment, Kleiser said. When police arrived, Miller left White House on foot. But when he started back toward the club, "Mayhem" was encountered by a group of officers.

Then, Miller started to engage the cops in a fight, according to Kleiser. It took four officers to restrain Miller and put him in a police cruiser. Kleiser said that Miller continued to act out en route to the Orange County jail, kicking the cruiser's windows and spitting.

In October, Orange County Sheriff's Department officers attempted to serve Miller a bench warrant for stalking when he barricaded himself inside his Mission Viejo, Calif., home. Miller tweeted during the standoff before surrendering after a remote front-door breach.

Miller has pleaded not guilty to the charges of resisting a public or peace officer in relation to that incident. His pre-trial hearing is scheduled for May 11, according to Orange County court records.

Miller was also arrested twice in 2013 on domestic violence charges.

In 2012, Miller was arrested after being found naked in a church that had been burglarized and vandalized. The charges against him were dropped and the pastor of the church ended up supporting Miller.

Miller has not fought since a loss to C.B. Dollaway on May 26, 2012 after which he was cut by the UFC. Miller (28-9, 1 NC), once one of the best middleweights in the world, owns notable wins over Robbie Lawler, Tim Kennedy and Kazushi Sakuraba. The North Carolina native competed in his career for the UFC, Strikeforce, DREAM and WEC, among others.
