The UFC announced five new match-ups for upcoming cards, including a new opponent for Jim Miller.
Miller, originally scheduled to take on Paul Felder at Newark’s UFC on FOX 15 on April 18, now meets Beneil Dariush, as Felder was forced out with an injury. Miller (24-5, 1 no-contest) tries to get back on track following a knockout loss to Donald Cerrone, while Dariush (10-1) looks for his fourth win in a row in the UFC.
On the same card, Tim Means replaces injured Kenny Robertson against George Sullivan. Winner of his last three, including a finish over Dhiego Lima, Means (23-6-1) looks to break Sullivan’s (16-3) unbeaten 2-0 run in the UFC.
Taleb (10-2), who competed in two different seasons of The Ultimate Fighter, is 2-0 in the UFC, while Clements (12-5, 1 no-contest) looks for his third win in the Octagon.
An injury also affected veteran Brian Ebersole’s next UFC fight. His original UFC Fight Night 68 opponent Alan Jouban is out of the card with an elbow injury. Omari Akhmedov is Ebersole’s new opponent on June 6.
Ebersole (51-16-1, 1 no-contest) came back from a two-fight skid with a win over John Howard, while Akhmedov (14-2) looks to improve to 3-1 in the promotion.
Perez (15-5) joined the list of TUF winners with a decision over Jose Alberto Quinones in November, and Williams (7-4) looks for his first UFC win after a knockout loss to Chris Beal in his Octagon debut.
