Sam Alvey had plenty of reasons to smile Sunday night. The always-chipper middleweight absolutely turned the lights out of TUF Brazil winner Cezar Ferreira, cold-cocking the Brazilian with a dazzling combination midway through the first round of their UFC Fight Night 61 main card contest.
