A welterweight bout at Sunday night's UFC Fight Night 61 has been scratched after a weight-cut issue.
T.J. Waldburger was scheduled to face Wendell Oliveira. But the 26-year-old Texan fainted while cutting weight in the sauna on Saturday and the bout has been canceled.
The UFC confirmed the news, which was initially reported by Brazil's Globo.
Both Waldburger and Oliveira will receive their show money for the card.
The bout was initially slated to be the opener on the FOX Sports 1 prelim card. The UFC announced Saturday that the bantamweight bout between Douglas Silva de Andrade and Cody Gibson, originally scheduled for the Fight Pass prelims, will take its spot on FS1.
