UFC president Dana White told UFC Total on Wednesday that the heavyweight title rematch between champion Fabricio Werdum and Cain Velasquez will take place at UFC 196 on Feb. 6 in Las Vegas.
"It hasn't been announced yet, but the fight is actually gonna be Feb. 6 in Las Vegas," White said. "My PR guy is gonna be bummed out right now."

UFC officials told MMA Fighting's Ariel Helwani that the fight is not official, but it is in fact in the works for the UFC 196 main event.
Werdum, one of the best heavyweights in the history of the sport, beat Velasquez via third-round submission, to win the title at UFC 188 back in June. Neither men have fought since. Velasquez is a two-time former champion and held the belt most recently from 2012 until this year.
The bout was initially being talked about for a Brazil stadium show in March.
