The last time we talked I told you when we speak again, the sport will have changed. In some ways it didn't, in other ways, it'll never the be same. Conor McGregor is your new featherweight king, but who saw Jose Aldo last no more than 13 seconds? Even those calling for a first-round KO never thought he'd be wiped out in a single exchange. There's so much to unravel here, we'll do our best to make it happen.

Then there's the rest of UFC 194. Chris Weidman losing his title can't be overly surprising, but the dominant way in which it was taken from him surely must mean something more. Luke Rockhold's ability to control all of the space which Weidman typically views as his comfort zone was another shock. Demian Maia still hasn't aged out of beating elite grapplers, Max Holloway continues to make improvements and I'm just never ever sure what to make of Yoel Romero.

The UFC continues its push this weekend with a defense of the lightweight belt, the return of Nate Diaz and a big-time heavyweight clash between two sluggers whose pairing has been long overdue.
