Kimbo Slice will take on fellow street-brawler-turned-MMA-fighter Dhafir "Dada 5000" Harris Feb. 19 in the co-main event of Bellator 149 inside Houston's Toyota Center.
Bellator President Scott Coker announced the news during Friday's Bellator 145 broadcast.
The 41-year-old Slice (5-2) most recently defeated Ken Shamrock – who will face Royce Gracie in the headliner of the event – at Bellator 138 via TKO.
Harris boasts two knockout victories in two tries as a professional fighter, his most recent victory coming against Tim Papp in February 2011.
Adding a layer of intrigue to the bout, Harris is a childhood friend and former bodyguard of Slice's who helped during the Miami brawler's YouTube days. However, Harris split from Slice and branched out on his own to promote these backyard-style fights, creating the potential for a fight between himself and Slice that is now years in the making.
Now, the two will squash their beef on a national stage inside the cage at Bellator 149.
