Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle might make his way to the realm of MMA.
The 46-year-old wrestling legend joined the Bellator MMA commentating crew Friday evening for the Bellator 145: Vengeance broadcast, and the subject inevitably turned to Angle giving MMA a shot. While Angle was ultimately noncommittal, he didn't simply brush off the question.
"I'm not going to tease everybody, but there is a possibility," said Angle, who was also a longtime WWE star. "We'll see, but I'm getting my feet wet here in Bellator. I'm going to have a good time. I'm going to sit back for once in my life, relax and watch, and eventually I'll make that decision."
At 46 years old with a serious injury history, it's unlikely Angle will make a sustained run inside the cage if he does choose to dabble in MMA.
