By now, the kick that ended Ronda Rousey's undefeated run has been replayed thousands of times. But Holly Holm set out to show how it was done Monday on "Live with Kelly and Michael."
Using Kelly Ripa and then a padded-up Michael Strahan as dummies, Holm showed off the head kick that knocked out Ronda Rousey at UFC 193 on Nov. 14 in Melbourne, Australia. Don't worry -- she pulled the kick back before impact, unlike the one she landed on Rousey.
On the popular morning show, Holm also addressed the very intense weigh-in staredown between her and Rousey. The now-former champion got right in Holm's face and Holm put her right fist near Rousey's jaw, which caused Rousey to pull Holm's arm and start yelling at her. It was a wild scene that Holm makes seem funny now.
The new champ said she was sipping on a special drink she was given to rehydrate that contained coconut water, salt, amino acids and caffeine. She had to put it down quickly when Rousey came storming over to her.
"When I saw her get off the scale, I was thinking, 'Oh, no my drink. This is like gold. Let's not spill this,'" Holm said. "I didn't think she was going to get a little intense, but it was kind of fun. Get a little fired up."
Holm has not been back to her hometown of Albuquerque since the stunning upset, embarking on a media tour in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New York. Over the weekend, she was front and center at the big boxing match between Canelo Alvarez and Miguel Cotto.
