John Lineker would love to accept Bryan Caraway's challenge to fight

Esther Lin, MMA Fighting

If Bryan Caraway wants a fight with John Lineker, the Brazilian slugger would happily take him up on it.

Lineker's manager Alex Davis told Ariel Helwani for Wednesday's UFC Tonight that Lineker would "love" a fight with Caraway. Caraway told MMAjunkie Radio on Tuesday that he'd be down to fight Lineker, Johnny Eduardo or Frankie Saenz next.

Lineker (26-7) made his UFC bantamweight debut with a first-round knockout of Francisco Rivera at UFC 191 last month. In total, the former flyweight contender has won three straight and seven of his last fight. Caraway (20-7), who has won three of four, has not fought since a unanimous decision victory over Eddie Wineland at UFC on FOX 16 in July.

If the fight between the two top bantamweights does not pan out, Cody Garbrandt is willing to fight either one of them, he told Helwani. Garbrandt (7-0), one of the top young bantamweights in the world, is coming off a unanimous decision win over Henry Briones at UFC 189 in July.
