There's no major MMA event this weekend - although there is WSOF 24 on Saturday night - but the stories in MMA are as plentiful as ever.

For starters, the fallout from T.J. Dillashaw departure from Team Alpha Male continues to dominate to headlines. Now that all the parties have aired their grievances, there's more context to the story. And with that, it's easy to say the idea Dillashaw engaged in treachery is even more absurd.

The petition launched on the White House's website asking for some sort of relief for Nick Diaz cleared the requisite 100,000 signatures needed to generate a formal response. We'll talk about what's next.

UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is revealed to be romantically linked to UFC heavyweight Travis Browne, which isn't news as such other than what it means in terms of perception on issues related to women and violence. In other words, Browne - while officially cleared - was alleged to have been involved in domestic violence situation with a previous partner. Rousey herself allegedly admits her role in her recent autobiography to what charitably be described as a unhealthy situation as well with an ex. What does this say or do to her public image? We'll discuss.
