The UFC announced several fights for March and April on Thursday, the biggest which is the return of a popular veteran.

Former Strikeforce lightweight champion Clay Guida makes his return on the April 4 UFC Fight Night card in Fairfax, Va., as he meets Robbie Peralta in a featherweight bout.

Guida (31-15) will compete for the first time since July 26, when he was submitted by Dennis Bermudez at UFC on FOX 12. The 33-year-old Chicagoan is 2-4 in his past six bouts. Peralta (18-5, 1 NC), meanwhile, is coming off a submission loss to Thiago Tavares. The Escondido, Calif. native is 2-1 in his past three fights.

The Virginia card will also feature a do-over for Ron Stallings, who took a bout with Uriah Hall at UFC Fight Night 59 on short notice and had the bout end fast due to a bad cut. Stallings (12-7) will meet Justin Jones (3-1) in a middleweight bout. Jones dropped a decision to Corey Anderson in his UFC debut at UFC 181.

The UFC also announced a bout for UFC 185 in Dallas, where heavyweight Jared Rosholt will make his return. Rosholt (11-2) who has one seven of his past eight, will meet Josh Copeland (9-1), who has seven finishes among his nine career wins.

Finally, the UFC announced the UFC on FOX 15 card in Newark in April would have a little hometown flair. New Jersey's Nick Catone (10-4) will meet Vitor Miranda (10-4) in a middleweight bout. Catone was victorious over Tom Watson in his 185-pound debut at UFC 169.
