With the UFC's landmark announcement that all (or nearly all) of their television broadcast content will be on FOX Sports 1, the game has changed again. Two key facts to consider. First, this positions UFC alongside other sports as part of a fan's sporting diet, something the UFC has long craved. Second, this largely reduces the problem of the splintered landscape of trying to find UFC content across multiple platforms.
What this means for the UFC and MMA is anyone's guess, but to say it'll have a big impact one way or the other - Wednesday shows! - is an understatement.
Lest we forgot, the Bellator train rolls on as well with a middleweight final and fantastic bantamweight scraps.
