John Lineker missed weight for the third time in five UFC fights on Friday, leaving his future as a flyweight very much in doubt.
Lineker's manager Alex Davis told MMAFighting.com after the weigh-ins in Manchester, England that they will reassess whether Lineker will move up to bantamweight after Saturday's UFC Fight Night 30 fight against Phil Harris.
"We got [to Manchester] two days early," Davis said. "He came in lighter than any time before. I don't understand why this happens.

"Things seemed on track until yesterday."
According to Davis, Lineker (22-6), who weighed 128 pounds on Friday, missing the flyweight limit by two pounds, stopped sweating on Thursday while trying to cut weight and that's where his problems started. The 23-year-old Brazilian missed weight prior to his last fight at UFC 163 in August and prior to his UFC debut in May 2012. He is 3-1 inside the Octagon.
