The MMA Hour is back in your life for a special Wednesday episode, and as always, we're bringing out the big guns. Below is a rundown of who will be stopping by and when:

1 p.m. ET -- Long-time MMA journalist, Dave Meltzer, the newest member of MMAFighting.com, will look at the biggest headlines in MMA today.

1:20 p.m. -- Frankie Edgar will discuss his upcoming fight featherweight title fight against Jose Aldo at UFC 153 for the first time.

1:40 p.m. -- Matt Mitrione will explain how he ended up fighting Phil De Fries at UFC 155.

2 p.m. -- Ian McCall will clear the air on his recent arrest.

2:20 p.m. -- Bantamweight Tyson Nam will look back on his knockout of Eduardo Dantas and discuss his contract issues with Bellator.

2:40 p.m. -- Bantamweight Sara McMann will discuss her new deal with Strikeforce.

3 p.m. -- We'll answer your questions via Twitter or phone on all things MMA. If you tweet us, use the hash tag #themmahour.
