1 p.m. ET -- UFC lightweight champion Benson Henderson will discuss his successful title defense at UFC 150.

1:20 -- Welterweight Jay Hieron will preview his return to the UFC against Jake Ellenberger.

1:40 -- Miesha Tate will look ahead to her fight against Julie Kedzie on Saturday night at Strikeforce: Rousey vs. Kaufman.

2 -- Sarah Kaufman will discuss her Strikeforce bantamweight title fight against Ronda Rousey on Saturday night.

2:20 -- Former Strikeforce featherweight champion Cris Cyborg will talk about her return to the hexagon and Saturday's title fight.

2:40 -- We'll answer your questions via Twitter on everything going on in the MMA world. Send them to us by including #themmahour in your tweet.
