Henderson will face Jim Miller at UFC on Versus 5 on August 14, the UFC confirmed late on Tuesday night.
On April 30 at the landmark Toronto UFC 129 event, Henderson earned a unanimous decision win over submission specialist Mark Bocek in his first fight after losing the WEC title to Anthony Pettis in one of 2010's best fights. Henderson (13-2) rebounded in style with a strong performance.
Miller though, represents the most seasoned opponent he's yet to face in his career.
The New Jersey-based Miller has been one of the UFC's most consistent performers over the last few years. He's gone 9-1 since signing with the promotion in 2008, and is 20-2 overall while riding a seven-fight win streak. He has finished each of his last two opponents -- Charles Oliveira by kneebar submission, and Kamal Shalorus via TKO.
As first reported by MMA Fighting back in February, UFC on Versus 5 will emanate from the Bradley Center in Milwaukee.
