James Te-Huna vs. Alexander Gustafsson is a fight at UFC 127.This is the UFC 127 live blog for James Te-Huna vs. Alexander Gustafsson, a light heavyweight bout on tonight's Spike TV portion of the card from the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia.

Te-Huna (12-4), a New Zealander residing in Australia, won his UFC debut a year ago at UFC 110. Gustafsson (10-1) is 2-1 in the UFC with the one loss coming against Phil Davis.

Round 1: Te-Huna took Gustafsson down in a hurry and moved to side control. Gustafsson recovered his guard but Te-Huna scored with bombs from the top. Gustafsson finally worked free and Te-Huna pushed him against the cage looking for another takedown. Gustafsson positioned himself for a standing guillotine but changed his mind, then took Te-Huna down. Gustafsson prematurely went for a kimura and Te-Huna got to his feet. On a scramble, Gustafsson quickly took his back and tried a rear naked choke. Te-Huna fought it off, but Gustafsson re-set and re-sunk it. This time, it was deep and Te-Huna tapped out.
