Jason High, who scored a victory over Hayato "Mach" Sakurai on New Year's Eve, will fight again on Jan. 28 against Rudy Bears at Titan FC 16.The Titan FC card will air live on HDNet and features former Zuffa competitors Tim Sylvia, Drew McFederies and L.C. Davis.
Despite being one and done with the UFC last March, High (12-3) is currently on a three-fight win streak with his win Friday over Sakurai at Dynamite!! 2010. High was a finalist in the 2009 Dream Welterweight Grand Prix and is a product of Antonio McKee's Bodyshop Fitness team.
Bears (12-6) of Kansas City will enter the High fight coming off a first-round knockout over Chad Reiner in October and a four-fight stint with Bellator in 2010. If the Rudy Bears name rings familiar, the Kansas City native was selected to headline Strikeforce Challengers 5 against prospect Tyron Woodley back in November 2009.
