A clash of champions and three other bouts were added to K-1 and DREAM promoter Fighting and Entertainment Group's end of year Dynamite!! event on Friday. DREAM light heavyweight champion Gegard Mousasi will return to the K-1 ring for the first time in two years to face reigning K-1 heavyweight champion Kyotaro. The bout will offer a chance for revenge for the K-1 athlete as Mousasi scored a first-round knockout over Japanese K-1 legend Musashi in his K-1 rules debut at Dynamite!! 2008.
Also announced: Athens judo silver medallist Hiroshi Izumi will cross over from Sengoku to take on professional giant killer, "Super Hulk champion" Ikuhisa "Minowaman" Minowa; Hayato "Mach" Sakurai vs. Jason High was made official; and Hideo Tokoro will take on former Japanese featherweight boxing champ Kazushisa Watanabe.
A fight for K-1 world GP champion and Strikeforce heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem is still being negotiated according to Overeem's management. An opponent has not been confirmed yet but former WWE star Bobby Lashley seems to be the likely candidate.
