MMA Fighting took in last week's UFC Fan Expo at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, which, according to UFC officials, was attended by approximately 125,000 people from all corners of the world.We talked to everyone from Josh Barnett to Arianny Celeste to MC Hammer, not to mention a whole host of other interesting characters in between.
