ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates -- Paul Taylor will not be competing at UFC 112 Saturday night. MMA Fighting learned of the news from UFC sources at Concert Arena in Abu Dhabi.
According to the UFC sources, Taylor is suffering from a bad migraine and was not medically cleared to fight. He was scheduled to fight against John Gunderson in undercard lightweight action.
Gunderson will not be competing on the card. No word on whether he or Taylor will be paid any kind of purse.
Taylor (10-5-1, 1 NC) is coming off a unanimous decision loss to John Hathaway at UFC 105 in November.
