NEWARK, N.J. -- Following his interim heavyweight title win over Frank Mir at UFC 111, Shane Carwin met with the media to reflect on what was undoubtedly the biggest win of his career. Carwin talked about being a little more nervous going into the fight due to his year-long layoff and wanting the fight to go out of the first round to prove to people he can hang with the UFC's best.
