NEWARK, N.J. -- This is the UFC 111 live blog for Kurt Pellegrino vs. Fabricio Camoes, a lightweight bout on tonight's UFC 111 pay-per-view from Newark, N.J.Pellegrino looks to extend his three-fight winning streak with a win over the Royler Gracie black belt.

Round 1: Camoes immediately closes the distance and initiates a clinch. Camoes ends up on Pellegrino's back, looking for a choke. Pellegrino props him against the cage. Camoes sink in a rear naked choke. Pellegrino looks in trouble, but fights it off. Seconds later, Pellegrino turns the table and takes Camoes back briefly as the crowd explodes. Camoes works a triangle. Pellegrino pulls his head out and free. Camoes tries a choke from the bottom, but it's of little effect. This is some impressive grappling. Pellegrino ends up on top and lands punches from the half-guard. A very close round, but MMA Fighting scores it for Pellegrino with the strikes in the last minute giving him the edge, 10-9.
Round 2: Pellegrino dumps Camoes to the ground twice in the opening minute. This time he maintains position and lands ground strikes until advancing to full mount. Camoes manages to escape with minimal damage, though Pellegrino still remains in top position. Pellegrino eventually took his back and tapped out Camoes with a rear naked choke. It's Pellegrino's fourth straight victory.
