Cheick Kongo earned more than any of the four co-headliners when it came to show and win money at this past Sunday's UFC on Versus 1 in Broomfield, Colo.
Kongo pocketed a $55,000 win bonus on top of his $55,000 fight purse for a total of $110,000. Kongo won the televised fight by forcing Paul Buentello to submit due to elbows to the thigh. Buentello earned $40,000 in the losing effort.

In the main events, Jon Jones, who made $40,000, stopped Brandon Vera, $60,000, with a devastating elbow to the face, while Junior Dos Santos, $70,000, knocked out Gabriel Gonzaga, $67,000, with a left hook followed by ground and pound punches.
