The injury to the left shoulder of Matt Hamill suffered in his TUF 10 Finale fight against Jon Jones will put him out of action for at least three to four months, if adhering to the medical suspensions handed down Tuesday by the Nevada athletic commission.Hamill received a minimum suspension until Feb. 5 with no contact until Jan. 20. His suspension will extend to June 4 unless he has his shoulder cleared by an orthopedic doctor.
Matt Mitrione injured his right wrist and will need to get an x-ray and receive medical clearance or he will serve a six-month suspension.
Darrill Schoonover is not allowed to fight or even train for six months unless he has ophthalmologic (eyes) clearance.
James McSweeney injured his right middle finger and will need his right hand checked out or he'll be suspended for six months.
Justin Wren will require a CT scan of his facial bones to avoid a six-month sentence.
