TUF 10 Finale Live Blog: Roy Nelson vs. Brendan Schaub Updates

This is The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale live blog for Roy Nelson vs. Brendan Schaub, the main event of the evening.

Former IFL heavyweight champion Nelson and former pro football player Schaub are the finalists of the season 10 reality television competition, and the winner of tonight's fight will receive a six-figure contract with the UFC.

The live blog begins below.

Round 1: Schaub jabs. Nelson goes for a leg but Schaub defends and unloads punches on Nelson. Nelson covers up and clinches to set up the takedown and put Schaub on his back. Nelson wants an Americana from halfguard. Nelson passes to side control. Schaub pushes Nelson off and stands up. Schaub looking sharp on his feet with nice punch combos. Nelson returns fire. Nelson lands a nice right hand, but Schaub releases a combo. Schaub lands a left hook. Schaub connects on a jab. Nelson drops Schaub with an overhand right. One punch on the ground before the referee stops the fight, but it was unnecessary as Schaub was already out cold.
