Round 1: Brown circles right. They clinch and Wilks is put against the fence. Wilks reverses Brown and grabs a single-leg. He lets go and drops for a double-leg. Wilks controls Brown's back as Brown looks for a kimura. Wilks hops on Brown's back. Brown escapes and attempts a guillotine. Wilks escapes and they are back in clinch. The referee separates them. Brown throws some nice punches and Wilks shoots, but Brown is able to defend. After a stalemate in clinch, the referee separates them again. Wilks lands a nice head kick. More clinchwork. Wilks has a mouse on his left eye. Brown attempts the guillotine choke. Wilks gets and and scores the double-leg. They stand up and Wilks tries to take Brown's back.

Round 2: Brown jumps forward with a leg kick. Wilks jabs. Brown counters with a right punch. Brown throws a kick kick. Brown drops WIlks with a flying knee. Brown looks to finish with punches. Wilks eyes a kneebar, and attempts an ankle lock. They stand up in clinch. The battle for the takedown in clinch. The referee separates them at 1:42. Brown hurts Wilks with a flurry of punches. Wilks falls. Brown controls Wilks, but Willks reverses him. Wilks is in side control. Brown escapes to halfguard, and then closed guard. Brown attempts a fast triangle just before the bell sounds.
