Ben Rothwell Promises to Deliver Knockout Blow to Cain Velasquez Hype

LOS ANGELES -- Ben Rothwell says he has been waiting 10 years to make his Octagon debut, and with his UFC 104 bout just around the corner, the 28-year-old appears to be more focused and confident than ever before. Rothwell will face rising star Cain Velasquez on Saturday night, and he told FanHouse at the UFC 104 media workout that, "I know I am supposed to win; all I have to do is to go out and do it."

Rothwell also talked about the lessons he learned from his July 2008 loss to Andrei Arlovski and his new physique. The video interview is below.
