On this week's edition of The MMA Hour, we were first joined by two-time Olympic wrestler Daniel Cormier, who is making his MMA debut against Gary Frazier on Friday's Strikeforce Challengers card. Cormier talked about making the transition to MMA and training with the American Kickboxing Academy in San Jose, Calif.Later in the show, we spoke to Tim Kennedy about his Challengers bout against Zak Cummings and his time in the Army. Kennedy had some interesting comments regarding his future in the sport and why so few athletes serve in the Army these days.
