Diaz-Guillard, Maynard-Huerta set for UFC Fight Night 19

The UFC made official Tuesday the two co-headlining bouts for UFC Fight Night 19 which happens Wednesday, September 16 at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City.

"The Ultimate Fighter 5" winner Nate Diaz (10-4) will take on Melvin Guillard in the final bout of the evening. After kicking off his UFC career with five consecutive victories, Diaz has dropped two decisions so far this year. His last three fights have all been decisions but have also all been declared Fight of the Night. Guillard (22-7-2) last month eeked out a questionable split decision against Gleison Tibau at the season finale of "The Ultimate Fighter 9" card.

The other featured bout marks the return of Roger Huerta (20-2-1) as he takes on Gray Maynard (7-0) in a lightweight bout. The bout is Huerta's final on his current UFC contract before he makes the move towards Hollywood. The last time the aspiring actor stepped inside the Octagon was at UFC 87 in August 2008 when he lost to Kenny Florian. Maynard, like Diaz, is a success story out of season five of "TUF." He's on his way to becoming a title contender with a resume of wins over Jim Miller, Rich Clementi and Frank Edgar.

Tickets go on sale Thursday at 10 a.m. CT for UFC Fight Club members, Friday with "FIGHT" as the presale password and Saturday for the general public.
