2008 Olympic wrestler Ben Askren will be in action on Saturday fighting for an event he co-founded, "The Patriot Act 2," in Columbia, Missouri.
Askren, who trains out of the American Top Team branch in Missouri, is scheduled to take on Mitchell Harris (1-3) of Kansas City in a welterweight bout.
Askren is a two-time NCAA champion and compiled an astounding 87-0 record in his final two years of college. He competed in the 74-kg division last year at the Summer Olympics in Beijing.
Askren (1-0) made a brief MMA debut in February, scoring a TKO victory at 1 minute and 25 seconds.
