UFC signs French-language TV deal with TQS

UFC has inked a deal with TQS to air UFC programming on the privately-owned French-language television network in Canada beginning March 27.

"UFC is huge in Canada, we have incredible fighters from there, and now fans in Quebec can experience UFC for free on TQS," UFC president Dana White stated in Monday's announcement.

The deal will see TQS air over 52 hours of UFC programming including four live events and the "UFC Wired" and "UFC Unleashed" best-of taped series. The UFC WiRED edition on TQS will be hosted by Rej Laplanche and UFC middleweight Patrick Cote.

The first event will be UFC Fight Night "Condit vs. Kampmann" on same-day tape-delay on Wednesday, April 1 at 10:30 p.m. ET.
