Parisyan tested positive for painkiller ingredients Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone and Oxymorphone following his UFC 94 win.
Parisyan appeared during a hearing today and explained that he was prescribed painkillers for a torn hamstring injury from 2005.
Parisyan also failed to disclose of the prescribed drugs in his pre-fight questionaire and only reported the drugs after the fight happened.
According to figures provided by the commission, Parisyan earned $80,000 (which includes a $40,000 win bonus) at UFC 94.
With his loss overturned, Kim remains undefeated, on paper, at 11-0. The result change also leaves Parisyan without a victory since his unanimous decision over Ryo Chonan at UFC 78 "Validation" on Nov. 17, 2007.
The previous time a major fight was changed to a no decision was when Nick Diaz was busted for marijuana in his system following his gogoplata submission win over Takanori Gomi at PRIDE 33 on Feb. 24, 2007.
