The highly anticipated "hundredth" UFC numbered event takes place July 11 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.
St-Pierre will be defending his welterweight strap for the third time since becoming the undisputed champ last April at UFC 83. The American Top Team's Thiago Alves made his case for a title shot by winning his last seven UFC fights, with his last three over Matt Hughes, Josh Koscheck and Karo Parisyan.
Henderson and Bisping are currently taping for "The Ultimate Fighter 9" and their middleweight fight is part of the show's tradition of having the coaches meet inside the Octagon after the show finishes airing.
If Bisping gets past Henderson, he'll be awarded a shot at the middleweight belt.
The UFC is planning on at least one more main event-worthy fight on the card.
