Paul Daley misses weight second time in a row

Paul Daley was off the mark once again for his fight with the Maximum Fighting Championship.

The British welterweight weighed in Thursday at 171.5 pounds for his fight at MFC 20 "Destined for Greatness" on Friday versus Thompson (37-10-1), who stepped off the scale at 170 pounds.

Daley will forfeit 25 percent of his purse to his opponent.

Daley missed by half-a-pound (considering the one-pound allowance), which is still a huge improvement over his previous fight last December at MFC 19 when he weighed in at 174 pounds. Daley had to also forfeit 25% of his salary then to his opponent John Alessio.
