Kyacey Uscola vs. BJ Lacy, Jen Babcock vs. Jen Tate, Tonya Evinger vs. TBA and Wesley "Cabbage" Correira vs. Buddy Roberts were left off the card in Fresno, California.
According to Ken Shamrock Productions, Lacy pulled out due to a knee injury, Tate slipped and injured herself in the sauna on the day of the weigh-ins, Evinger's last-minute opponent couldn't receive clearance to fight and Correira was suspended by the commission for withdrawing the night of the fights.
Sherdog.com reported that Correira pulled out due to the promotion's mishandling of his travel expenses and when he learned that half of his purse would be subtracted for medical testing. "If I knew they were they were going to take it out, I could have done my own medicals much cheaper," Correira told Sherdog.com.
However, promoters are saying that Correira was offered more money for the fight to happen, but Correira told matchmaker Lance Foreman, "I'm not mentally there, there are personal reasons. The issue isn't money, the issue is my manager."
Despite the cancellations, the fight between Tank Abbott and Mike Bourke happened even though both fighters were told the fight would be off the day of the weigh-ins due to paperwork issues.
Abbott knocked out Bourke in 29 seconds to set up a possible main event with Ken Shamrock.
