Frank Shamrock and his adopted brother Ken Shamrock are two of the biggest names in the sport of mixed martial arts. They also don't much like each other.
So even though Frank is past his prime and Ken is way past his prime, a brother vs. brother grudge match could make a lot of money for both Shamrocks. But Frank now says he thinks it's never going to happen.
"Honestly, I have no idea," Frank said on HDNet's Inside MMA. "I mean, I've spent the better part of two years putting it together. Ken's in a weird place in his life and in his career. I'm having a lot of difficulty finalizing, after everything that happened with Kimbo Slice and CBS, I'm losing faith in the blood brothers match. I'm trying. I'm still trying. That was a very important match, for me, to happen. And I don't know if it's going to happen."
So there you have it. Shamrock vs. Shamrock doesn't look likely. I can't say I'm disappointed.
