Kevin Burns, the recipient of a head kick from Anthony Johnson that was later declared Knockout of the Night, received the lengthiest penalty, a minimum suspension until Feb. 9, 2009. Burns must have his left orbital fracture and possible left ankle fracture cleared by a doctor or he won't be allowed to compete until June 9.
Light heavyweight winner Ryan Bader's right hand, which dropped Vinicius Magalhaes unconscious, is required to be x-rayed and cleared by a doctor if he wants to compete before June 9. Magalhaes is suspended until Jan. 14.
Jason MacDonald, who suffered a cut on his forehead against Wilson Gouveia, is suspended until Jan 14.
Shane Primm will need an MRI on his left shoulder from the Submission of the Night kimura applied by Krzystof Soszynski.
Tom Lawlor will need to have his left hand x-rayed and cleared to fight earlier than June 9. Once cleared, the American Top Team light heavyweight will be activated Jan. 25.
David Kaplan is suspended until Jan. 25 for cuts above and below his right eye he received fighting Junie Browning.
Jules Bruchez, who suffered a cut under his left eye, is suspended until Jan. 14.
