
Jackson was charged on Monday with felonies of evading while driving recklessly
and evading a peace officer and misdemeanors of hit and run
(3 counts) and driving recklessly.
Jackson, who is currently free on $25,000 bail, has been scheduled with a pretrial date of Oct. 9. If convicted, Jackson faces up to 3 years in prison.
