The Global Fighting-promoted card would have featured a main event between heavyweights Jeff Monson and Ricco Rodriguez at the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Rodriguez will still be in action the following Saturday against Chris Guillen at an "Ultimate Combat Experience" event at the E Center in West Valley City, Utah.
For Monson, the postponement will allow the former UFC title contender more time to recover from a broken hand, which sidelined him from this past Saturday's "Adrenaline MMA" event.
All tickets are fully refundable according to the venue. No new date has been announced but the show is expected to happen in the Fall.
